Job Summary

Own, maintain, support, and improve specialty and bulk gas and chemical equipment and operations within the Gas and Chemical Systems (GCS) team. Coordinate startup and commissioning of newly installed equipment, perform capacity/utilization scenario planning and reporting, troubleshoot emergent issues, and lead non-standard maintenance planning. Partner with on-site operations, maintenance, construction teams, equipment vendors, and Fab Engineering to ensure constant high-purity supply, safety, quality, and system reliability.

•Commission and start up new equipment installations.
•Evaluate scenario planning for infrastructure budget and schedule forecasting, analyze utilization/capacity data, and report on supply system performance.
•Provide technical expertise and ownership for supply systems, safety and quality standards, and related improvements.
•Troubleshoot emergent equipment issues and provide technical direction to resolve them.
•Coordinate non-standard equipment maintenance with maintenance teams and collaborate with Fab Engineering for supply issue resolution and improved safety, quality, and reliability.

Salary: USD 76,000 - 174,500 annually

Key Requirements

•4+ years of related experience with gas or chemical equipment ownership, with semiconductor experience as a plus.
•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical engineering is preferred (or equivalent related experience).

•Ability to coordinate startup and commissioning of newly installed equipment.
•Ability to evaluate infrastructure scenarios and provide technical expertise for supply systems, safety and quality standards.
