Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop trust and safety systems and product functionalities for international live streaming, including safety process, user perception, and review efficiency improvements.
  • •Build components such as rule engine, strategy systems, feature engine, and human moderation platforms across the Trust and Safety organization.
  • •Enhance safety experience for international live streaming users by creating high-concurrency, high-stability systems.
  • •Conduct research, analysis, and exploration of business requirements and product needs to address live streaming safety issues.
  • •Contribute to construction of supportive platforms and systems across Trust and Safety teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Completing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or above degree in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • •Proficiency designing data structures and building algorithms.
  • •Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, Go, PHP, C++, or Java.
  • •Excellent problem analysis and ability to identify underlying causes, with strong summarization and conclusion skills.
  • •Strong communication, teamwork, service awareness, proactivity, optimism, and sense of responsibility/self-motivation.
