Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and lead a flexible, cross-trained workforce to meet daily performance goals and execute MRP and takt time targets
  • •Manage Tiered Accountability and Total Employee Engagement initiatives within the area of responsibility
  • •Monitor safety performance, ensure proper PPE availability, and coordinate resources for the team
  • •Coordinate PTO and overtime in accordance with policy and the current collective bargaining agreement
  • •Attend and lead department meetings, communicate with customers, suppliers and support personnel, and ensure timely flow-down of information

Key Requirements
