Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and deploy production-ready AI agents, workflows, and conversational experiences using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Gemini Enterprise, and other agent/workflow tools.
  • •Partner with engineering and IT to integrate enterprise APIs, databases, and reusable custom connectors.
  • •Rapidly prototype, then harden deployments with observability, monitoring, and performance optimization for scalable, reliable use.
  • •Collaborate with business teams to translate manual processes into structured agent behaviors, define data access, and set human-in-the-loop requirements.
  • •Lead governance-by-design work by configuring prompt structures, knowledge sources, guardrails, testing lifecycle behaviors, aligning with Legal/InfoSec/Privacy/Risk, and mentoring other builders.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis (BSA), process improvement, systems thinking, or a closely related role, translating business needs into structured workflow designs.
  • •2+ years of hands-on experience building, testing, and deploying production-grade solutions using low-code/no-code platforms.
  • •Proficiency configuring agents and automated workflows using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Gemini Enterprise (e.g., Vertex AI Agent Builder), plus tools like Power Automate, n8n, or Zapier.
  • •Strong respect for enterprise governance, data security, and privacy; experience working within governed frameworks such as NIST, Secure-by-Design, or Privacy-by-Design.
  • •Outstanding communication skills, effective collaboration with business partners, and coordination with IT, InfoSec, and compliance teams.
