Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the movement of cars into and out of the inspection center safely while meeting production and quality goals.
  • •Meet or exceed inventory production goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • •Oversee assigned team activities, identify strengths and weaknesses, and drive improvements through appropriate coaching and feedback.
  • •Review and approve mechanical and physical defects of incoming inventory, partnering with the general manager to repair or reject based on estimated repair cost and vehicle quality.
  • •Train production associates using quality control standards to complete repairs effectively the first time and minimize re-checks, rework, delays, and injury risk.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience using computers.

  • •Valid unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record in the last 3 years.
