  • •Develop and execute the West industrial growth strategy, building an industrial growth plan, targets, and actionable pipeline.
  • •Originate and advance strategic accounts through capture strategy and award, serving as the Client Account Manager for key accounts.
  • •Integrate AECOM capabilities to deliver differentiated solutions and package offerings with technical leaders.
  • •Represent AECOM with executive stakeholders, lead strategic workshops, and convert events and visibility into opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong commercial judgment and ability to influence teams across a matrixed organization.
