Job Summary

FieldPulse is hiring a Business Development professional focused on building strategic relationships with private equity firms and their portfolio companies. You will own an enterprise-level sales pipeline, lead discovery calls and presentations, and partner with Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, and Leadership to expand FieldPulse across PE-backed organizations from our Dallas hybrid HQ.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and maintain relationships with private equity firms and portfolio company leaders
•Identify opportunities to introduce FieldPulse across PE-backed organizations
•Own and manage a strategic pipeline of enterprise sales opportunities
•Lead discovery calls, executive presentations, and product demonstrations
•Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, and Leadership teams

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, or B2B SaaS sales
•Experience working with private equity firms or PE-backed companies preferred
•Strong executive presence and relationship-building skills

•Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce preferred
