Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end commercial transactions for an assigned customer portfolio, ensuring contracts are executed and orders processed accurately.
  • •Ensure compliance and risk management across global trade requirements, local tax obligations, legal governance, and commercial controls including SOX and audit requirements.
  • •Coordinate supply chain and commercial activities such as order fulfilment, import/export documentation, pricing and hedging processes, and invoicing and revenue collection support.
  • •Deliver exceptional service by building strong relationships with customers, suppliers, traders, agents, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues.
  • •Support business performance and continuous improvement through accurate forecasting inputs, regional initiatives, and sharing best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Qualifications and experience in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline, with demonstrated end-to-end commercial supply chain experience.
  • •Knowledge of commercial and operational processes including shipment coordination, freight management, and import/export processes.
  • •Experience with Bill of Lading requirements and laytime (demurrage/despatch) management.
  • •Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to engage confidently with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • •Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
