Key Responsibilities

  • •Own financial performance for market, program, and client accounts including budgeting, actual results, forecasting, reporting, and P&L to EBITDA.
  • •Manage and lead project delivery across procurement/contracting, initiation, planning, execution, monitoring/controlling, and closeout with focus on scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk.
  • •Supervise project management staff, including ensuring understanding and implementation of operations, policies, and procedures; mentor, train, motivate, and manage performance.
  • •Interact with clients regularly to establish and achieve goals, anticipate needs/concerns, and coordinate accurate, timely, complete client and company reports.
  • •Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant contract procurement, negotiation, execution, administration, and closeout; identify project risks and develop mitigation/contingency plans.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 85,000 - 100,000

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS/BArch) required.
  • •Minimum eight years of related progressive experience and/or training.
  • •Prior experience in a supervisory position (direct report responsibilities) preferred.
  • •In-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles to review sophisticated financial/business analysis and lead department budget.
  • •Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
