Supervisor, Claims

Oversee day-to-day operations for the assigned claims area, providing technical and leadership support to resolve complex claims. You’ll develop and implement policies and procedures aligned with state and federal regulations, drive process improvement and cost control, and manage claims inventory with compliance. Serve as the escalation point for pending and complex claims, monitor quality and root causes, and produce reporting, analysis, and insights to improve operational excellence.
