Key Responsibilities

  • •Define the architecture and technology choices for Power Platform projects, ensuring performance, scalability and governance
  • •Coach and support development teams, sharing expertise and upskilling Power Platform consultants
  • •Ensure deliverables quality by establishing development, security and ALM practices for Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
  • •Integrate Power Platform with cloud services (Azure, REST APIs, Custom Connectors) to modernize business processes
  • •Set up and optimize CI/CD pipelines to industrialize application deployments and monitor tech trends (Copilot Studio, AI Builder)

Key Requirements

  • •At least 6 years of experience with 4+ years in Power Platform development and prior experience as a technical lead
  • •Mastery of Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate and Dataverse with solid understanding of low-code/no-code architectures
  • •Advanced experience in enterprise app development, integration with REST APIs, Custom Connectors and Azure Functions
  • •Strong database skills (relational like SQL Server and Dataverse; NoSQL such as Cosmos DB preferred)
  • •Leadership and ability to mentor a development team and drive code reviews and skill development
