Salary: USD 84,200 - 120,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Associates degree (technical discipline) with 2 years as First Solar Manufacturing Engineer II, or 5 years engineering experience in a manufacturing setting, or 4 years engineering plus 6 years technical experience in a manufacturing setting (or equivalent combinations listed).
  • •Provide technical leadership and apply Robust Engineering to manufacturing process development and improvement.
  • •Excellent structured problem-solving (e.g., DMAIC) and strong knowledge of manufacturing processes.
  • •Outstanding skills generating and maintaining FMEAs; applying DOE, SPC, and statistical data analysis.
  • •Proficient with metrology/measurement best practices; proficient in troubleshooting general electronics and general mechanical systems.
  • •Develop and provide technical training; ability to work with minimal supervision; excellent oral and written communications skills.
