Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead moderate-to-large complex projects and programs by providing strategic direction to projects, peers, and direct reports.
  • •Design, develop, and manage project plans, revising as requirements change, and ensure appropriate documentation to mitigate risk and deliver on time.
  • •Partner cross-functionally with project customers to drive project delivery and influence outcomes with strong communication skills.
  • •Build relationships with stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments and exhibit outstanding influencing skills for project/program efforts.
  • •Analyze and correct data issues with systems used or owned by the department, and drive process improvements aligned with customer outcomes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 161,500 - 184,300 annually

Key Requirements

  • •At least 7 years of Project Management experience.
  • •At least 3 years of Process Management experience.
  • •At least 1 year of People Management experience.
  • •Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience.
  • •PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification.
