Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and secure new business opportunities across the Nordics and Baltics, maintaining a pipeline of independent label and artist signings.
  • •Drive revenue growth by articulating and operationalising the value proposition for the local market.
  • •Manage relationships with distributed music clients, including frontline and catalogue labels across genres.
  • •Oversee regional offices to ensure local compliance and operational efficiency while supporting the local leadership team.
  • •Lead and develop the regional team, providing mentorship to local leadership and representing the company at events and conferences as required.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in a label or distribution company managing catalogues, frontline releases, and key relationships.
  • •Excellent organisational skills to multitask and prioritise to tight deadlines.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills across internal and external stakeholders; fluent in English.
