Contract Recruiter - Construction

Manage end-to-end recruitment for applicable requisitions, partnering with hiring managers to source, screen, interview, and advance candidates through the full process. Build strong candidate pipelines, schedule meetings, coordinate postings and interview logistics, and maintain accurate screening notes in the ATS. Extend offers with minimal guidance, support diversity and inclusion initiatives, and help the wider recruitment team with recruiting administration as needed.
