Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead quality assurance activities across multiple product development programs and execute project QA aligned with Eaton’s global strategy.
  • •Perform independent assessments of engineering processes and deliverables, including review of requirements, architecture, design, verification, validation, and release readiness evidence.
  • •Lead internal audits and support customer, regulatory, and certification audits, providing independent quality recommendations and escalation of critical risks.
  • •Drive containment, root cause investigations, and implementation of corrective and preventive measures.
  • •Assess compliance with internal and external standards (ISO 26262, ISO/SAE 21434, DO-178C, IEC 61508) and mentor teams on quality best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum 5 years of cumulative experience in Engineering Quality Assurance, Software Quality, Systems Engineering, or Product Development.
  • •Demonstrated experience leading audits and compliance assessments, including Lead Auditor certification.
  • •Minimum 2 years of experience in safety-critical, high-integrity, or regulated product development environments.
  • •Experience influencing engineering and leadership teams without direct authority.
