Barback

Support bar and special events operations by stocking and replenishing ice, liquor, beer, wine, and coolers, and assisting with opening, running, and closing duties per venue policy. Maintain bar equipment, ensure sanitation and safety standards, and manage trash and recycling (including glass separation and operating a trash compactor). Provide responsible alcohol service support in line with local ordinances and HOB alcohol policies.
