Compounding Lab Manager (Night Shift)

Manage day-to-day operations of patient-specific non-sterile compounding labs, ensuring quality and patient safety while dispensing per federal and state pharmacy regulations. Lead and supervise compounding technicians and lab assistants, train new staff, and maintain documentation, environmental controls, and calibration/hood certifications. Partner with QA to confirm compound quality and employee safety, develop compounding initiatives and SOPs, and ensure daily critical checks for every compound.
