Lock Desk Analyst

Ensure accurate, compliant rate-lock processing for mortgage loans by enforcing lock desk policies and maintaining loan re-prices. Monitor Best Effort locks with investors, confirm pricing accuracy and profitability, and manage change-of-circumstances workflows. Serve as an escalation point of contact, perform SLA-based inbox monitoring, and scrub items that fail to queue for automation. Coach newly onboarded teammates in this hybrid role.
