Job Summary

Assemble commercial air conditioning coils in the Vidalia, GA manufacturing facility by brazing copper and/or aluminum components using braze torches and rods. You’ll interpret tickets and method sheets, operate material-handling equipment to stage parts, scan coil IDs to follow instructions and track productivity, and perform quality checks and measurements. The role is safety sensitive and includes cleaning the work area and working to strict quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Safely perform work to strict quality standards in a manufacturing environment.
•Operate braze torches and brazing rods to braze copper and/or aluminum for commercial air conditioning coils.
•Brazing materials (headers and U-Bends) onto coils and prepare coils/tubes/equipment using power, pneumatic, and hand tools.
•Use manual cranes, hoists, pallet jacks, conveyors, and carts to transport materials to the proper location.
•Scan coil IDs, interpret tickets/method sheets/visual order tracking, complete quality checks (visual inspections and measurements), and clean the work area.
