Job Summary

Oversee onsite delivery teams to ensure managed event production and broadcasting support services meet SLAs and governance standards. Lead program and operational processes for event intake, scheduling, escalation, staffing coordination, maintenance readiness, and continuous service improvement across onsite, virtual, hybrid, and control-room environments. Serve as primary client contact for production and broadcasting needs, manage vendor/partner relationships, develop training and staffing coverage plans, and track operational metrics and performance.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee the onsite delivery team(s) to ensure successful execution of onsite, virtual, hybrid, and control-room-supported productions in line with SLAs.
•Create and maintain standardized operational processes and documented workflows for event intake, scheduling, reporting, escalation, staffing coordination, and service delivery tracking.
•Lead preventative maintenance, operational readiness, service continuity planning, and readiness of event spaces, meeting platforms, and control-room environments.
•Serve as the primary client escalation point and partnership lead for operational issues, service interruptions, and new event/meeting/broadcasting requirements.
•Develop training and enablement programs, manage staffing levels and contingency/backfill coverage, perform performance reviews, and drive root-cause corrective actions.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in live event production, broadcasting, managed event services, audio/visual operations, video production, or similar environments.
•5+ years leading, mentoring, and developing teams across multiple locations supporting onsite, virtual, hybrid, and control-room live events.
•Experience managing operational reporting, scheduling, service delivery coordination, and logistics across multiple stakeholders.
•Strong understanding of enterprise event technologies and collaboration platforms including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and streaming platforms.
•Ability to manage priorities and ensure SLA compliance while communicating operational and technical issues professionally to clients.
