Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate end-to-end supply chain activities, managing procurement, inventory management, demand planning, and logistics to fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
  • •Coordinate with sales, planners, and warehouse teams to manage backorders and verify pricing and product information for customer orders.
  • •Process spare parts orders through the Epiroc ERP system, ensuring accuracy from order acceptance through purchase order generation for distribution centers.
  • •Monitor delivery execution with distribution centers (allocation, picking, packing, shipping) and oversee receiving, allocation, picking, and delivery documentation.
  • •Issue pricing and financial documents (proforma invoices, sales invoices, credit notes), run credit limit checks, manage inventory reviews, and prepare management reports for continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Deep understanding of procurement, demand planning, inventory control, logistics, distribution, and supplier relationships.
  • •Experience with planning and forecasting to analyze demand, lead times, and inventory levels to optimize availability and reduce shortages.
  • •Strong inventory management skills, including safety stock, reorder points, and reducing excess inventory.
  • •Proficiency with ERP and MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Excel.
  • •Ability to analyze supply chain data, identify trends/variances, and recommend improvements while solving supply disruptions and delays.
