Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop cementing job design to meet customer requirements, including preliminary calculations, running computer simulations, designing fluid systems, and reviewing/approving lab test results.
  • •Provide operational expertise and independently perform post-job analysis, recommending and implementing improvements for subsequent jobs.
  • •Develop and maintain technical customer relationships to sell tailored cement solutions and support technical investigations for irregular jobs.
  • •Collaborate with customer drilling/production engineers and PSLs to tailor solutions, verify job designs with final input parameters, and confirm equipment and regulatory compliance.
  • •Assist tender preparation and performance optimization plans, mentor junior team members, and consolidate equipment/chemical forecasts to support delivery timelines and inventory targets.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be able to work independently.
  • •Completion of an undergraduate degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math discipline.
  • •Minimum 2 years of cementing experience and completion of required cementing competencies.
  • •Ability to develop cementing job designs that meet customer and regulatory requirements through calculations, simulations, and fluid system design.
  • •Experience providing operational expertise, performing risk assessments, and verifying resources and equipment specifications.
