Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans aligned with Honeywell Building Automation (BA) Fire Americas business goals.
  • •Lead supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management to optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance.
  • •Establish category strategies with Corporate and Regional category management teams using spend analytics, demand trends, and market intelligence.
  • •Drive YOY productivity cost savings via negotiations, component/value engineering, supplier consolidation, design standardizations, cost avoidance, and total cost of ownership improvements.
  • •Identify and mitigate supplier, market, financial, operational, geopolitical, regulatory, cybersecurity, privacy, and continuity risks; lead complex issue resolution and manage continuous improvement and a sourcing team.
