Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver end-to-end HR processes with accuracy and efficiency, focusing on data quality, compliance, and service excellence.
  • •Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for employees, managers, and external stakeholders across a range of HR inquiries.
  • •Manage transactional employee lifecycle activities (onboarding, offboarding, relocations, visa processing) and local HR reporting.
  • •Ensure People Services processes are documented and delivered in compliance with legal, regulatory, policy, and internal control requirements while upholding data privacy and governance standards.
  • •Drive digital-first People Services delivery by identifying opportunities to simplify, streamline, and digitize HR processes and support change initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, plus at least four years of HR Generalist or comparable experience.
  • •Strong understanding of the end-to-end HR value chain, including employment law and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
  • •Proven experience supporting HR operations across multiple countries and working with different employment law frameworks and regulatory requirements.
  • •High digital proficiency with SAP HCM (including ad hoc reporting), SuccessFactors, and Microsoft 365 (including Copilot), with interest in AI-driven solutions (ServiceNow is a plus).
  • •Fluent in spoken and written French and English, with strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
