Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement end-to-end Power Platform solutions including agentic AI in Copilot Studio.
  • •Develop multi-agent solutions and build Copilot Studio Agents, Canvas apps, Cloud Flows, Desktop Flows, and related Dataverse/AI Builder artifacts.
  • •Make architecture decisions and provide technical leadership for complex enterprise projects.
  • •Grow customer Power Platform capabilities by identifying automation opportunities and efficiency improvements in existing business processes.
  • •Integrate Power Platform with Microsoft 365, Azure, and third-party systems; establish best practices, governance/Center of Excellence, and ALM processes; mentor and transfer knowledge.

Key Requirements

  • •Multi-year deep expertise across the Microsoft Power Platform suite.
  • •Expertise in Copilot Studio / Power Virtual Agents, including multi-agent architectures.
  • •Strong hands-on experience with Power Automate Cloud Flows and Desktop Flows (RPA), including Computer Use.
  • •Experience building Canvas Apps and model-driven apps, with solid Dataverse knowledge (data modeling, security, plug-ins, business rules).
  • •Experience with ALM for Power Platform (Solutions, Pipelines, Power Platform CLI, Azure DevOps or GitHub) plus REST APIs and custom connectors.
