Key Responsibilities

•Design and implement end-to-end Power Platform solutions, including agentic AI with Copilot Studio.
•Develop multi-agent solutions and build apps and automations such as Copilot Studio Agents, Canvas apps, Cloud Flows, Desktop Flows, and model-driven apps.
•Make architecture decisions and provide technical leadership in complex enterprise projects.
•Set up and expand Power Platform capabilities, identify automation opportunities, and improve efficiency in existing business processes.
•Integrate Power Platform with Microsoft 365, Azure, and third-party systems; establish best practices, governance models, Center of Excellence, and ALM processes; mentor the team and monitor new Microsoft-Stack features.

•Expertise in Copilot Studio / Power Virtual Agents, including multi-agent architectures.
•Strong knowledge of Power Automate Cloud Flows and Desktop Flows (RPA), including Computer Use.
•Experience developing Canvas Apps and model-driven apps, with solid Dataverse skills (data modeling, security, plug-ins, business rules).
•Experience with AI Builder and Business Process Flows, plus ALM for Power Platform (Solutions, Pipelines, Power Platform CLI, Azure DevOps or GitHub).
