Key Responsibilities

•Lead the Quant equity team in Hong Kong on day-to-day portfolio management activities and regulatory responsibilities.
•Participate in global quant research and product development activities, including supporting the development of quantitative investment products.
•Create strong, close partnerships with key stakeholders.
•Conduct regular and ad-hoc rigorous portfolio analysis, construction, and optimization.
•Drive innovation in Quant, AI and technology.

Key Requirements

•First degree in numeric subjects (e.g., applied mathematics, statistics, finance, computer science, data science); postgraduate degree preferred.
•Experience conducting quantitative research, analysis, and integration in an asset management context.
•Experience researching and building portfolio optimization applications with deep knowledge of underlying algorithms.
•Proficient in spoken and written English.
•Excellent communication skills with the ability to converse at all levels.
