Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to the implementation of HCT’s system-wide strategy and assist with developing and preserving policies.
  • •Plan and execute interactive lessons that promote active student participation using varied teaching methodologies.
  • •Conduct demonstrations and experiments to illustrate key concepts and provide one-on-one guidance with constructive feedback.
  • •Assess student progress through observation, discussions, performance-based assessments, and detailed record-keeping for course instructors.
  • •Maintain health, safety, and housekeeping procedures in the laboratory; organize and maintain equipment and support learning centers and activities requested by the Division Chair.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree and a professional certification relevant to the discipline, with 5 years of teaching and industry experience.
  • •Appropriate academic professional qualifications as required.
  • •Prior experience teaching or facilitating educational programs in a laboratory or hands-on learning environment.
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • •Ability to adapt teaching strategies for diverse learners and demonstrate strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.
