Key Responsibilities

•Contribute to the implementation of HCT’s system-wide strategy and assist with developing and preserving policies.
•Plan and execute interactive lessons that promote active student participation using varied teaching methodologies.
•Conduct demonstrations and experiments to illustrate key concepts and provide one-on-one guidance with constructive feedback.
•Assess student progress through observation, discussions, performance-based assessments, and detailed record-keeping for course instructors.
•Maintain health, safety, and housekeeping procedures in the laboratory; organize and maintain equipment and support learning centers and activities requested by the Division Chair.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree and a professional certification relevant to the discipline, with 5 years of teaching and industry experience.
•Appropriate academic professional qualifications as required.
•Prior experience teaching or facilitating educational programs in a laboratory or hands-on learning environment.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to adapt teaching strategies for diverse learners and demonstrate strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.
