Job Summary

Join the Field Engineering Early Career Program as a Lead Field Engineer, acting as the on-site interface between Baker Hughes teams and customers. Help coordinate crews and deploy tools and services, solve complex technical problems hands-on at the work site, and manage equipment receiving and documentation. Support tenders with data analysis, cost estimates, and invoicing activities while building a holistic understanding of the business through job shadowing.

•Support tenders with data analysis and cost estimates, including performing invoicing activities.
•Engage in job shadowing opportunities to develop a holistic understanding of the business.

Key Requirements

•Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (all fields), Engineering Technology, Mathematics, Chemistry, Geosciences, or similar within the last 36 months.
•Fluent in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills.
•Applicant must be legally authorized to work in the United States and will not need employment sponsorship now or in the future.
•Achieved a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75 on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent).
•Have good interpersonal skills, teamwork aptitude, and the ability to guide others.
