Key Responsibilities

  • •Define, execute, and analyze electrical, thermal, and mechanical stress tests to ensure long-term performance of the tuner switch and related RF CMOS devices.
  • •Develop and implement RF characterization test plans to assess performance across frequencies, power levels, and environmental conditions.
  • •Establish wafer-level RF testing procedures for early reliability and performance assessments in production.
  • •Design and conduct ESD robustness tests (HBM, MM, CDM) to evaluate electrical stress immunity.
  • •Lead failure analysis and root-cause investigations with internal and external labs to drive design/manufacturing improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field with 5+ years of semiconductor device reliability experience in RF or power conversion components
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in reliability stress testing (ESD, HTOL, thermal testing) and strong analytical skills to interpret complex failure data
  • •Experience designing and executing reliability stress tests and tests in RF CMOS technology
  • •Strong knowledge of RF test equipment (VNAs, power meters, spectrum analyzers) and RF/microwave device technologies
  • •Experience with wafer-level RF testing and familiarity with JEDEC reliability specifications (preferred)
