Key Responsibilities

•Execute end-to-end payroll processes for Brazil and LATAM, including data preparation, calculation of exception items, and submission of payroll.
•Manage Time & Attendance with support staff and supervisors to maintain precise payroll records.
•Audit HR personnel entries as they relate to employees’ pay and research/resolution of payroll issues.
•Collaborate with business partners and management to provide properly controlled processes to meet internal/external customer needs.
•Process new hires, employee changes, terminations and benefit administration, and support ad hoc payroll-related projects as needed.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or similar
•5 to 7 years’ experience in a similar payroll role
•Attention to detail with strong organizational, analytic and problem-solving skills
•Must be able to maintain high level of confidentiality
•Fluent English. Spanish is a plus
