Key Responsibilities

  • •Support HR strategic planning and actions for global expansion locations, including serving as a primary POC in Europe.

  • •Prepare local-tailored HR documents such as employment contracts, handbook revisions, and employee communications.
  • •Create and own HR policies and procedures for new sites/countries, ensuring compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Requirements
