  • •Quality: produce products in accordance with established specifications and report ongoing problems, supporting improvements to products and processes.
  • •Production: manufacture and deliver high level, complex systems, oversee the full assembly-to-test process, and serve as a reference for problem solving.
  • •Skills: acquire knowledge of products/processes and relay expertise to others within the team.
  • •Teamwork: support effective teamwork and implement department tasks.
  • •Planning: coordinate production plan activities and monitor tool/material/equipment usage.

Key Requirements
