Process teller transactions for customers, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashing checks and negotiable instruments, and balancing cash daily. Operate an online teller terminal while maintaining privacy and adhering to compliance and teller procedures. Resolve customer inquiries promptly, cross-sell bank products, and support team coordination through accurate records, reporting, and training attendance.
