Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and oversee project planning and project controls operations, supporting programme leads with high-level planning services.
  • •Produce baseline scheduled tasks, resource profiles, and financial models, and perform impact analysis with schedule variance monitoring.
  • •Lead application of planning/scheduling methods, techniques, and tools, including EVM and scheduling best practices.
  • •Ensure operational issues of project controls and PMO are managed across project interfaces with leaders, managers, and teams.
  • •Lead and manage a team of professionals delivering planning/schedule management services, including staff development and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in a mid-level management role overseeing operations such as finances, HR, and marketing.
  • •Demonstratable experience with scheduling/planning tools including Oracle Primavera or MS Project or Asta Power Project, and also PowerBI/Excel/Acumen Fuse.
  • •Good working knowledge of planning/scheduling, EVM, and project controls methodologies.
  • •Experience leading collaborative planning workshops, producing project plans, and communicating analysis and corrective measures effectively.
  • •Degree educated and previous industry/sector experience.
