  • •12 years of professional experience in project management, including at least 5 years in construction or project and construction management (PMCM).
  • •Proven track record managing large-scale construction projects with budgets exceeding $5 million.
  • •Advanced skills in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
  • •Advanced proficiency with project management software such as Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 (or equivalent).
  • •Professional certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is preferred.
