Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and coordinate all on-site activities to complete projects on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards.
  • •Ensure construction is executed in accordance with design, specifications, budgets, schedules, and project requirements.
  • •Supervise all areas on small projects and subsets/discipline areas on larger projects, managing multiple field disciplines as assigned.
  • •Manage and control project cost and schedule for assigned disciplines/subsets; capture variations using commercial processes.
  • •Coordinate installation, commissioning, and completion activities; manage field personnel schedules to maximize utilization and deliver on schedule.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree with a minimum of 20 years Oil and Gas industry experience, including at least 5 years on major capital projects (> 500M USD) with Construction Management and Site Management focus.
  • •Construction management experience on major capital projects, including at least 5 years on projects above $500M.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communications skills with strong command of English.
  • •Must be willing to travel extensively for multi-week periods and adjust work location to support project needs.
  • •Must be qualified to obtain a CICPA and a UAE work visa.
