Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and support complex, large-scale environments across compute, virtualization, and multi-cloud infrastructure to maximize availability and improve security/compliance.
  • •Operate and improve a monitoring platform, including using Splunk to write/optimize SPL queries, configure alerts, and build dashboards to enable proactive monitoring and faster incident response.
  • •Automate and improve customer stacks using software programmability, orchestration, and virtualization technologies (Python, Ansible, Terraform, etc.).
  • •Lead sys-admin functions: patching and software distributions, security configuration, and reporting on system health and compliance against standards.
  • •Design and review project work (HLD/LLD and implementation/change plans) and troubleshoot outages across OS, hardware, network, and related software.
