Scale a portfolio of enterprise partners for TikTok Shop’s US Commerce business and drive topline revenue growth for the Fragrance category. •Acquire and incubate merchants to support category growth.
•Discover collaborative models aligned to merchants’ short- and long-term development plans and invest platform resources effectively.

•Provide consultative strategic solutions across content, operations, creator/affiliate/agency partners, merchandising, and logistics.
•Update active sellers on TikTok Shop product developments and new promotional opportunities.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in e-commerce business.
•Demonstrated track record of delivering and exceeding sales, GMV, or other commercial goals.
•Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
•Strong teamwork mindset, fast learning, and openness to change.
•Preferred: experience in content-based e-commerce and familiarity with TikTok and other content platforms.
