Job Summary

Lead and manage interdisciplinary fleet projects within the Fleet PMO team in the Finance organization. Own project planning, including scope, timeline, risks, resources, budgets, milestones, and communication strategies, then monitor and track deliverables to ensure production readiness. Collaborate across Technical Operations and multiple departments, act as SME for project process issues, and support major aircraft program development, design, and implementation.

•Monitor, track, and facilitate fleet projects to ensure production readiness.
•Act as SME and project leader; drive project progress and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver on time and on budget.

Key Requirements

•Basic understanding of aircraft engineering disciplines and regulatory requirements impacting aircraft programs (aviation experience necessary).
