Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic direction and operational oversight across multiple sites within the region.
  • •Lead and directly supervise Site Directors, Site Managers, and regional staff, including performance management and routine communication.
  • •Drive regional fundraising efforts and maintain relationships with donors, foundations, community partners, and stakeholders while ensuring reporting compliance.
  • •Monitor and manage budgets and spending across offices, consult on addressing overspending, and evaluate mission/strategic fit for funding opportunities.
  • •Oversee program evaluation and new program development, support program and office expansion, and ensure security plan/profile maintenance and incident report closure as needed.
Travel: High travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 95,000 - 105,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of management experience.
  • •Mature and personal Christian faith and commitment to World Relief’s mission, vision, and values.
  • •Graduate degree in a related field or demonstrated equivalent experience.
  • •Authorization to legally work in the US.
  • •Travel required (up to 50%).
