Mortgage Loan Officer - Retail

Develop new and expand internal/external referral sources to grow mortgage loan business while advising customers using consultative selling. Provide excellent customer service from application through underwriting, coordinating with loan origination sources to secure and verify required information for closing. Maintain client relationships, help customers complete loan applications, and use knowledge of mortgage products and procedures to identify opportunities for cross-selling financial products.
