Principal Metallurgist - Technology

Provide technical services to internal and external customers to support alloy and process development goals. Lead resolution of non-conforming and off-standard material dispositions, training, and customer-facing technical guidance. Use statistical methods, experimental design, SPC, and Six Sigma/BPI tools to identify inefficiencies and manage technical risk. Manage functional project teams, support planning and budget compliance, and provide leadership to less-experienced staff across complex technical problems.
