Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor HSE activities on a project to ensure requirements are met per the project HSE plan and HSEMS.
  • •Assist with developing and implementing field location emergency response procedures and evacuation plans.
  • •Provide HSE training to workers (including incident prevention, first aid, and safety awareness programs) and run toolbox talks and inductions.
  • •Identify hazards and unsafe conditions daily, raise observation reports, record corrective measures, and report violations with recommendations.
  • •Ensure risk assessments are completed before work starts and support incident reporting, resolution, and safety initiatives aligned with company and IMS policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years working experience, with 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • •Proficiency in conducting risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify HSE risks and mitigation strategies.
  • •Ability to investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
  • •Comprehensive understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards to ensure compliance.
  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Engineering, plus a Diploma in NEBOSH or related technical certificates.
