Key Responsibilities

  • •Accurately document patient encounters within EHR systems, capturing clinical findings, assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, procedures, and medications.
  • •Review completed documentation for completeness, consistency, and accuracy prior to submission while meeting turnaround time and productivity expectations.
  • •Support clinicians across multiple specialties by learning clinician-specific documentation preferences and specialty workflows and adapting documentation style and workflow accordingly.
  • •Produce documentation that meets organizational quality standards, apply specialty/provider-specific guidelines, and incorporate feedback from quality reviews, coaching, and audits.
  • •Use Ambient AI documentation technology and associated workflow tools effectively; navigate multiple systems, follow SOPs, and escalate workflow/technology issues when needed.

  • •Strong understanding of clinical documentation, medical terminology, and provider workflows.
  • •Proficiency documenting patient encounters in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
  • •Ability to maintain the highest standards of quality, confidentiality, and operational excellence.
