Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the Time to First Production outcome area end to end: define north-star metric(s), customer journey, and roadmap investments.
  • •Partner with the Validation team to build end-to-end measurement for new teams and inform where to invest next.
  • •Set direction and prioritize across initiatives spanning AI-assisted/agentic building, guided onboarding, and path-to-production and human-in-the-loop experiences.
  • •Represent the outcome area to SLT, Product Marketing, and GTM with clear, evidence-based narratives for internal and external audiences.
  • •Collaborate with other Outcome DRIs to keep outcome areas coherent and hand off work cleanly across boundaries.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience as a Principal/Staff-level Product Manager owning a cross-cutting, metrics-driven outcome or platform area in B2B/enterprise SaaS.
