Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and foster relationships between consumer business functions and Federal Regulatory supervisory staff.
  • •Provide thought leadership and strategic advisory to senior management and stakeholders regarding the regulatory environment and supervisory matters.
  • •Identify potential risk areas, advise on corrective actions, and ensure they are monitored for timely and effective mitigation.
  • •Lead coordination of timely and accurate responses to regulatory inquiries, examinations, and reporting requirements with internal stakeholders.
  • •Review regulatory response materials for completeness and consistency and synthesize complex regulatory developments into clear executive summaries.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 182,500 - 229,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5 years of experience in banking or financial services, risk management, audit, consulting, regulatory agencies, or a combination.
  • •Experience or working knowledge of consumer credit products and associated regulatory frameworks and risk management practices.
  • •Experience overseeing regulatory matters and directly interacting with financial regulators.
  • •Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects or programs with tight deadlines where senior leaders and external stakeholders are customers.
  • •Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate clearly in both written and verbal formats.
