Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow the track design plan and build out as instructed while prioritizing safety and staying within the allotted timeframe.
  • •Operate heavy equipment safely to minimize injuries and damages.
  • •Execute live events, including Monster Truck recovery, driver safety, and track maintenance.
  • •Prepare events including dirt, equipment, fuel, field protection, and related costs.
  • •Track supply inventories and complete post-event notes and pre/post event surveys while communicating with your supervisor.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to install and remove dirt track surfaces from professional playing surfaces and lift over 50 lbs for extended physical labor.
