Key Responsibilities

  • •Efficiently and accurately perform teller functions including processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashing negotiable instruments, and savings bonds/ cashier’s checks.
  • •Balance cash daily, examine documents for endorsements/negotiability, detect and resolve discrepancies promptly, and maintain required records and reports.
  • •Operate online teller terminal while ensuring privacy of customer information and following compliance requirements consistently.
  • •Provide courteous customer service by addressing client requests and inquiries and maintaining effective client relationships.
  • •Cross-sell and promote bank products and services, including selling traveler's checks, official checks, and money orders, and processing credit card cash advances and transfers between accounts.

Key Requirements
