Key Responsibilities

  • •Review inventory at the loading dock to ensure the crew truck is properly stocked
  • •Layout and assemble solar modules, mounts, electrical equipment, and tools for installation
  • •Assemble racking and solar modules/panels/support structures per project plan
  • •Ensure personal, crew, and job site safety at all times and participate in mandatory training
  • •Lead crew through safe, effective, and efficient installations; provide leadership and technical support; may assist with solar battery installations and act as foreperson when needed

Salary: USD 28.8 - 38.4 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent
  • •Previous solar installation experience required (equivalent construction or military experience may be considered)
  • •Maintain a clean driving record; must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license
  • •Adhere to safety policies and procedures, including identifying and reporting safety hazards and encouraging others to work safely
  • •Ability to meet deadlines and key metrics while working independently and as a team player
